No prior experience is necessary. We'll guide you through everything step-by-step, and you can adjust practices like fasting to suit your individual needs.
You can choose your fasting window based on your lifestyle. Flexibility is key!
No! With balanced meals and the right portions, you’ll feel satisfied and energised without constant cravings.
Our nutrition plans focus on whole, real foods and can be adapted for various dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more.
Plan for approximately 2-3 hours per week, including workshops, meal planning, and journaling.
All sessions will be recorded and made available for you to watch at your convenience.
